An efficiency dream team ⚡️

We’re a team of experienced, been there, done that positive behaviour support practitioners. With more than 25 years of combined experience, we help participants, families and support networks go from “we never hear from our practitioner” to “they’re an integral part of our team.”

So, you're in good hands.

Face-to-face support

On site support starts with understanding what matters to you. We consider your motivation, experiences, trusted relationships, and how you choose to live your life. Our approach reflects current NDIS requirements and recognised best practice, helping ensure your support remains responsive and effective.

Our team takes the time to understand your background, current circumstances, communication style, and what you want others to know about supporting you. Together, we build a consistent support network shaped around your preferences, goals, and individual needs.

Non face-to-face support

Off site support is the work we do behind the scenes to strengthen the support you receive every day.

We develop your behaviour support plan, complete assessments, and work with your support workers and wider team so they understand how to support you effectively. On site and off site strategies work together to help you build a life that feels valuable, colourful, and worth sharing.

FAQ

  • What is NDIS Positive Behaviour Support?

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a person-centred, evidence-based approach that helps people with disability reduce behaviours of concern and improve their quality of life. It focuses on understanding the reasons behind a behaviour and building positive strategies rather than using restrictive practices.

  • Who is eligible for Positive Behaviour Support under the NDIS?

Any NDIS participant whose plan includes funding for Improved Relationships or Behaviour Support can access these services. A referral or assessment may be required to determine if a Behaviour Support Plan is needed.

  • What does a Behaviour Support Practitioner do?

A Behaviour Support Practitioner works with the participant, their family, and support network to assess behaviours of concern, develop a Behaviour Support Plan, and train carers and staff on how to implement positive strategies safely and effectively.

  • How long does it take to develop a Behaviour Support Plan?

Timelines vary depending on complexity, but most plans are developed within a few weeks of the initial assessment. Interim plans can be put in place sooner if restrictive practices are involved and require urgent review.

  • Do you work with families, schools, and support workers?

Yes. We collaborate closely with families, carers, support workers, schools, and other services involved in a participant's life to ensure strategies are understood and applied consistently across all environments.
